Tracy R. Brown serves as the Treasurer for Small & Gutsy as well as an attorney and HR professional, Tracy has extensive experience in diversity and inclusion strategy and programming, talent acquisition, employee benefits and compliance. She was Vice President in the Risk and Compliance group at Fidelity Investments and Director, Corporate Benefits and Human Resources Counsel at Cabot Corporation. Also, Tracy was an attorney in private practice where she focused on employee benefit plan and human resources issues.
Her extensive nonprofit experience includes membership on the Board of Directors of Rosie’s Place in Boston, Massachusetts where she is a member of the Executive Committee as well as the Strategic Planning and Equity & Inclusion Committees. Tracy volunteers as a member of the DEI Taskforce of the League of Women Voters of Massachusetts, where she was formerly a Legislative Specialist. Also, Tracy is a member of the South Middlesex County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated where she is a member of the Social Action and Policies and Procedures Committees. She has served as a Trustee at the Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, Massachusetts and the Tenacre Country Day School in Wellesley, Massachusetts and as a Director at the Victim Rights Law Center in Boston.
Tracy holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
