World Librarians Makes Knowledge Accessible to Internet Devoid Areas
Learn about increasing equity by making research and information accessible! World Librarians is a socio-technical system that bridges the digital divide by providing open access information through a process called Commons-Based Peer Production. They provide educational content to schools in Malawi, Kenya, and Ghana. The organization is a collaboration between teachers in Malawi and students at UMass Amherst.
